Thoughts on banning of Vande Bharat Mission flights by China

Today morning (19/08/2020) I came to know that China banned India's "Vande Bharat" mission flights for next 2 weeks due to Covid19 issue. 

Under this mission India is bringing all its stranded citizens from foreign countries. Till now 10.5 lakh people have returned home with the help of this mission.

What I feel is – China did this intentionally.
